Frequently asked questions
Is prior experience in AI or programming required?
No programming is required. The extended 6-month format is designed for profiles with no prior experience; the intensive 3-month format is best utilised with some exposure to AI or automation tools.
Which tools will my team be working with?
With the stack your company already operates: Microsoft (Power Automate, Copilot), Google (Workspace Studio, Gemini) or a neutral environment (n8n, Zapier), alongside the LLM approved by your IT team — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot.
Is it eligible for FUNDAE funding?
Yes. The programme is eligible for funding, and we will support you through the process so that your company can offset the investment against training credits.
Is it online or in person?
Online in a blended format: live facilitated sessions, mentoring in groups of 5, and self-guided study on EDUKATE.AI between sessions, designed to be balanced with work.
How is return on investment demonstrated?
Each module ends with an applied project based on a real process within your company, with the results documented in numbers: time saved, productivity gained or risk mitigated. At the end of the programme, you will have a portfolio of active automations.
