Executive Residential in Cambridge
High-impact immersion (1 or 2 days) establishing a shared language and the strategic imperative. Leaders explore AI strategy, governance, and the organisational implications of AI, with space for inspiration and new strategic ideas. Includes a formal dinner at a University of Cambridge College.
Modules: from expectation to business impact, the intersection between leadership and AI, data-driven decision making, ethical leadership in AI, and future trends and challenges.
Options: 1- or 2-day versions, in-person at a Cambridge College or virtual, flexible syllabus, and a demo of AI tools to see the art of the possible.

PHASE 2 · IDEATION AND APPLICATION
AI Value Discovery Sprint
From concept to execution by creating an AI Value Blueprint that identifies the highest-value AI use cases. A journey featuring three group strategy sessions alongside a Programme Director, where Cambridge Spark and your organisation determine the priority domains.
Session 1 — Problem validation; Session 2 — Solution architecture; Session 3 — ROI and execution roadmap.
Optional Applied AI Workshop: practical workshop (up to 3 hours) to master AI tools and take teams from understanding to functional building.
Key deliverable — the AI Value Blueprint
A document detailing the technical roadmap, commercial pathway and a de-risked implementation strategy, ready to pilot.
PHASE 3 · REALISATION OF VALUE
Value realisation — ROI and graduation
High-impact graduation ceremony and executive pitch. Teams present their validated prototypes and AI Value Blueprints to a panel of senior stakeholders for formal review and sponsorship. It can be held in Cambridge or at your offices.
